Well wow. What a week it has been. This post may not be the deepest of posts, but I just need to express how stinking amazing my week has been. Lets start with the weekend, k? Ok. This past weekend was easily my favorite of any weekend of Link Year. It was just so amazing, filled with all my favorite people doing my favorite things. I could go on and on for hours. Friday our TGIF was Scape Code (cue Jack’s alarm). Except for the fact that my roommate told me a zombie popped out at one point (which didn’t even happen) I killed it! I think the inner Nancy Drew came out in a Hulk like manner for me. It was super fun, and moral of the story: I will be doing it again. After that, a group of us girls went thrift shopping for 80’s outfits. I bought like 5 different things for the 80’s day and didn’t even end up wearing them but that’s okay! That night Elaine, Jack, Ryan Hodges and I went bowling. I don’t know what could have made this day get better. Now, to the next day! Before I tell you Saturday’s event, you need to know that the 80’s is my favorite decade. I’m convinced I was born in the wrong decade. Okay now that you know that, I can go on. Saturday was our required weekend day of the month. We went roller skating but were required to dress up in the 80’s. Lexi, Kaitlynn and I matched and rocked the leather pants and big hair. It was incredible. We ended the night at Lambert’s getting roles thrown at us. This weekend was great and the week was incredible too. We have one more week until Ireland, and it is really hard for me to focus on anything else but that. Sorry not sorry for my exciting rant on the weekend. Stay gangster, my friends!
